Welcome to our Custom Orders page—where your ideas become reality! At Kozmic Designs, we customize and personalize almost anything: totes, apparel, jewelry cases, hats—you name it. Whether you’re gifting, branding, or treating yourself, we’re here to bring your vision to life.
We use a variety of techniques including sublimation, DTF (direct-to-film) transfers, heat transfer vinyl (HTV), and adhesive vinyl. Once we know what you’re looking for, we’ll let you know which method best fits your project and provide you with the proper care instructions.How to Order:

3.    Upload a high-quality image—we’ll work directly from what you provide

•    Be sure to note which decal goes with which cup if ordering more than one
Custom Add-Ons:
•    Want to personalize a pre-made decal with a name, logo, or other detail? No problem! Just mention it in the form—additional charges may apply
Image Quality Matters
•    Please upload high-resolution images—we’ll use exactly what you provide to ensure the best result
Processing & Shipping:
•    Orders take up to 2 weeks to process, not including shipping time
•    Once your item ships, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow its journey
•    We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they leave our hands
Pricing & Deposits
•    Prices vary depending on item type and customization
•    A 50% deposit is required before we begin your order
Refunds & Revisions
•    Because each item is custom-made, we do not offer refunds
